The Client: Marcobre
Marcobre is a mining company known for its commitment to social responsibility, environmental sustainability, and safety, aiming to be a benchmark in responsible mining worldwide.
The Challenge
The challenge was to streamline and improve the accuracy of incident registration (operational, environmental, labor-related, or standard conditions) in shipments through a platform. The goal was to have the ability to generate automatic reports and efficiently visualize incident metrics.
The Solution
A safety mobile application was implemented with Microsoft Power Apps to allow the registration of incidents found in the shipping area. The app enables the generation of incident reports with descriptions and photos, as well as PDF reports and visualization of metrics in Power BI.
Incident Reporting
It allows real-time registration of security incidents with multimedia, improving the quality of reports.
Risk Control
Enables better weekly monitoring of critical risks through standardized checklists. This helps the operational area to conduct safety and health training at work.
Metrics and History
Generates a database of incidents that facilitates the analysis of areas with the highest incidence rates. In addition, PDF reports are generated, maintaining a history, which helps avoid fines in audits.
